Breakfast: quinoa with raisins
These two ingredients are rich in fiber and many nutrients, especially protein and phosphorus.

One way to make your breakfast even healthier is to cook the quinoa and add almond or sesame milk and raisins.

Option 1 – pineapple (or kiwi) smoothie, cabbage, cucumber (or apple), lemon, and mint

Wash and mash the slices of cabbage and cucumber. Then add a few slices of pineapple, lemon juice (amount to taste), a handful of mint, and cut until smooth. It is recommended to drink immediately.

Option 2 – cucumber (or apple), carrot, celery.

Cut a cucumber or apple, carrot, celery stalk, or other vegetables of your choice into thin slices. Season with olive oil, and add a pinch of Himalayan salt and lemon juice.

Lunch: Fruit smoothie
Take a handful of blueberries, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (or ground flaxseed), 1 banana, a glass of almond or sesame milk (without sugar), and a little honey. Beat everything together and drink immediately.

Dinner: vegetable soup.
