According to her, a diet with bananas is one of the easiest and healthiest ways to lose weight. With this method, you can lose 6 kilograms of extra kilograms in just 3-4 days, and 11-13 kilograms in a week.

Consuming bananas is recommended even for those who are prone to gastrointestinal problems and bloating. Banana is the only fruit that can be eaten raw even with a stomach ulcer. It maintains the secretion of gastric glands and helps to restore the walls of the gastric epithelium.

The banana diet is recommended for the following conditions and diseases:

  • obesity gastric ulcer hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
  • gastritis
  • kidney and liver diseases
  • circulatory disorders
  • diseases of the biliary tract

How to follow the banana diet correctly?

Before you start the diet, you must have an unloading day in which you should not eat fried, fatty and smoked foods. It is best to consume only clean water and green tea. In this case, the body will adjust more easily to cleanse and regain weight.

Important: You cannot eat green bananas because they contain insoluble starch. Thin-skinned, medium-sized yellow bananas are suitable for weight loss.

Banana diet options:

Light banana diet

Its duration is from 3 to 7 days. In one day, within six meals, you should eat 3-4 bananas. You can drink tea without sugar and water in unlimited quantities. The last meal should be no later than three hours before bedtime. In this case, you will consume 1300 calories a day. This is enough for the normal functioning of the body.

In 3 days you will lose 6 to 7 pounds of excess.

If you stick to this diet for more than four days, you can include one or two boiled eggs or low-fat cheese (100 g), because bananas alone cannot provide enough protein.

Strict banana diet
The duration of this diet is no more than three days. During this period you can lose 8 to 11 pounds. You have to eat four bananas in one day, you can eat them at any time. In addition, only the consumption of plain or non-carbonated mineral water is allowed.

Dairy-banana diet (light)
Its duration is up to ten days. If you stick to it for 1 week, you can lose 8-12 lbs of excess weight. Consumption of four bananas and 4 cups of skim milk per day is allowed. In case of allergies, fresh milk can be replaced with sour drinks.

Strict dairy – banana diet

This diet can be followed for a minimum of three and a maximum of five days. You can consume 3 bananas and three cups of low-fat fresh or yogurt a day. You need to eat three to four meals a day. You can drink green tea and water in unlimited quantities. The last meal should be no later than 6 p.m.

To consolidate the result, after a diet for 2-3 weeks, it is recommended to eat only one banana for dinner (three hours before bedtime). It is also advisable to limit the consumption of food with sugar and starch.
