Warm Tea With Cloves and Cinnamon For Calming and Revitalize the Body

Ideal for getting ready in the evenings for a quiet and relaxing night’s sleep. But of course, this tea can be prepared and consumed at any time of the day, even for breakfast.

Preparation of this unique tea at home is quite simple.

Cloves and Cinnamon Tea

Ingredients
(The ingredients below are for two cups of tea)

1 and a half cup of milk

Half a glass of water

3 small spoons of cocoa

Mountain tea branch

4 thin slices of ginger

5 cloves

A little cinnamon

2-3 small spoons of sugar or honey

Tea preparation

In a small saucepan, heat milk and water over low heat until warm.

Be careful not to heat it in high heat.

Once warm, add the cocoa powder until completely dissolved.

Then add the mountain tea, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and let it boil for a maximum of 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and add two tablespoons of sugar or honey as desired.

If you prefer even more evocative aroma you can add a little vanilla.

Pour the prepared tea into the cup and drink slowly as it is warm.
