How to Use Aloe Vera to Treat Sinusitis and Respiratory Disorders

A 2011 study by Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, United States, highlighted the benefits that come from five natural oils blending with antioxidants such as aloe vera, coconut, orange, mint and vitamin E.

The researchers came to important conclusions. These oils could successfully reduce inflammation and oxidative stress causing problems in the nasal mucosa and in the airways.
