2. Drink teas
Tea has a diuretic function, which also has a positive effect on the elimination of toxins from the body. Choose herbal teas and do not use sweeteners.

3. Exercise
It is recommended that you do exercise because physical activity stimulates the removal of toxins. If you are already training, try changing the type of training. For example, if you go to the gym, try going to kickbox, Zumba or yoga. Changing your workout type will activate another muscle group, thus improving your detoxification.

4. Pay attention to diet
Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables as it contains lots of fiber that cleans the intestines and removes toxins from the body. Prepare a variety of smoothies and restore lost energy in an instant.
