4 fatigue medications

To get in shape and stop falling asleep at work, it is enough to prepare one of the folk remedies that help to get rid of chronic fatigue. Each is quite simple and consists of the most affordable ingredients.

Honey and nuts

The ingredients

150 g. (5.2 oz) of peeled nuts
150 g (5.2 oz) of liquid honey
1 lemon

Mix nuts and lemon in a chopper or blender

Add the liquid honey to the mixture and mix well. Put everything in a glass jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator.
Take 1 tbsp twice daily on an empty stomach with a glass of clean warm water.

Grape juice

To prepare, take a kilo (35 oz) of grapes from any red variety and squeeze the juice from it by using a double layer of gauze. Then pour into a glass jar, close tightly with a lid and refrigerate for no more than a week. Take 2 tablespoons before meals twice a day. If your juice seems too saturated, you can dilute it with water.

Pine needle soup

The ingredients
2 tbsp of cut pine needles
3 tbsp honey
200 ml of water ( 6.7 fl oz.)

Put pine needles in water and bring to a boil. Cook the broth over low heat for about 30 minutes, then remove from the stove, cool slightly, add 3 tbsp. honey and leave for one hour in a warm and dry place.

Take 2 tsp. every day after dinner. It helps to normalize sleep and eliminate chronic fatigue.

Milk with honey

The ingredients
200 ml of milk ( 6.7 fl oz.)
1 tablespoon of honey
0.5 tablespoons of dried chamomile flowers

Pour chamomile in milk, bring to a boil over low heat and cool. Strain the broth through a double layer of gauze and add honey to it.

Prepare immediately before use. It is best to drink it in the late evening as it promotes restful sleep and stabilizes the nervous system.

When choosing a remedy, be sure to rule out all possible allergic reactions to avoid harming the body. Also, remember that folk remedies play the role of supportive therapy – you should definitely seek help from a family doctor for treatment.
