4 Foods To Help You Overcome Fatigue Immediately!

Preparation

Grape juice

Then pour into a glass jar, close tightly with a lid and refrigerate for no more than a week. Take 2 tablespoons before meals twice a day. If your juice seems too saturated, you can dilute it with water.

Pine needle soup

The ingredients
2 tbsp of cut pine needles
3 tbsp honey
200 ml of water ( 6.7 fl oz.)

Preparation
Put pine needles in water and bring to a boil. Cook the broth over low heat for about 30 minutes, then remove from the stove, cool slightly, add 3 tbsp. honey and leave for one hour in a warm and dry place.

Take 2 tsp. every day after dinner. It helps to normalize sleep and eliminate chronic fatigue.

Milk with honey

The ingredients
200 ml of milk ( 6.7 fl oz.)
1 tablespoon of honey
0.5 tablespoons of dried chamomile flowers

Preparation
Pour chamomile in milk, bring to a boil over low heat and cool. Strain the broth through a double layer of gauze and add honey to it.

Prepare immediately before use. It is best to drink it in the late evening as it promotes restful sleep and stabilizes the nervous system.
