Nowadays, so many different elixirs, lotions, and cosmetic beverages were invented … Can’t spend money on cosmetics? Many home remedies are also available, which we often overlook.
Honey contains everything you need to fully maintain the beauty and health of your skin. Today we are going to offer you a home treatment, which will literally erase everything from the face – buds, black spots, wrinkles and even years.
The benefits of honey for the skin
Honey contains vitamins A and C, almost all of the B vitamins that are most important for skin beauty. The bee product nourishes with micronutrients not only the upper layers of the skin but also the middle and deep ones. This is possible because honey contains organic acids that warm and enhance blood circulation.
The same acids, namely gluconic, lactic, oxalic, make honey a first-rate substitute for chemical peels. The Ph product is 3.78 – 4.36, so you won’t feel tightness, dryness or peeling after applying it.
Honey is a natural antibiotic. An effective tool for the prevention and treatment of facial rashes. The product cleans clogged pores, smooths out the relief.
All these properties make honey a major ingredient in home-made masks. Each of them will make your skin smooth and radiant.
For mature skin that has lost its elasticity, it will not be enough to apply honey alone. You need special equipment!
The procedure begins with the production of collagen and elastin from the skin – that’s the main one.
Massage strengthens the connective tissue between the muscles of the face.
Honey massage relieves puffiness, prevents lymphatic congestion. Also interfere with normal circulation, which means that skin cells receive fewer nutrients.
A honey massage is best done in the evening. During sleep, the skin will recover. First, clean your face, then distribute 1 teaspoon of honey. Note that the product may be applied to the lips, but it is better not to touch the eyelid area. Honey of all kinds is suitable, the main thing is natural.
Leave the product for 10 minutes, so that it begins to actively affect the skin. Then take one teaspoon in each hand, place it on your face and start the massage.
Begin the massage of your face with your chin and lower jaw, then move to the nose, cheekbones, temples, and forehead. Set aside 20 seconds for each zone. Your movements should be sliding and pointing upwards.
Follow the arrows as shown in the photo above. At the end of the procedure, pat your skin with spoons to increase blood flow even further.
Rinse the honey with warm water, then rinse your face with cold water. Give up the evening cream, just wipe the skin with a cotton swab dipped in a decoction of herbs.
Remember that honey should not be used if you are allergic to the bee product! For those with very sensitive skin and rosacea suffering from the use of honey, it is also better not to apply this method.
