Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid, which has a detoxifying and laxative effect on the intestines. It helps to clean the colon by removing unwanted toxins from the body. Mix 1-2 tablespoons castor oil and orange juice in equal amounts. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
