7 Disturbing Symptoms That Your Body Is Deprived Of Iron!

Deficiency occurs when there is not enough iron in the body responsible for the production of hemoglobin – a protein in red blood cells that allows them to carry oxygen in the body. Lack of hemoglobin causes ineffective work on muscles and tissues and leads to anemia.

1 – Unusual fatigue:

For example, if the tongue appears swollen, inflamed or discolored, this is an indication of iron deficiency. In our body, we have a protein called myoglobin, which is iron and oxygen-binding protein found in the muscle tissue of the tongue. Lower levels of myoglobin can cause inflammation, flatulence, and swelling of the tongue.

Also, iron levels in the blood can lead to the fall of dopamine, a chemical in our brain that acts as an ambassador between the brain and the nervous system to help the brain regulate and coordinate the movement of our body.

If the nerve cells are damaged, the amount of dopamine in the brain decreases, resulting in muscle spasms and painful cramps. Dopamine levels naturally fall towards the end of the day, which can explain why symptoms are often worse at night and night.
