Under the stress or physical strain the muscles strain and the blood vessels narrow, so the pressure rises.
What should be done to bring your blood pressure back to normal?
It is clear that muscles should be relaxed.
The line that extends from point 1 to point 2 shown in the picture should not be pressed hard nor massaged but should be gently caressed by movement of the hand from top to bottom with your fingertips.
Repeat this 10 times on one side and 10 times on the other.
Point number 2, which is located near the clavicle, massage with your fingertips for 1 minute on each side alternately
Push hard, but not to the pain.
After this simple treatment, the blood pressure will return to normal.
