Dinner: 1 cup of yogurt

The diet is a bit monotonous because you only eat boiled potatoes and salt, and it is also a quite low calorie. No sugars are added. Except for yogurt, only plain water can be drunk. The diet is quite difficult, but if you manage to last for three days you can lose more than 10 lbs. Then you will forget how difficult it is!
