The Most Successful Diet So Far, 14 days -22 lbs

Menu for the second week
Breakfast is the same as in the first week: 2 boiled eggs and half citrus fruit (orange, grapefruit or whole mandarin).
Monday
Lunch: salad and chicken
Dinner: orange, salad, and 2 boiled eggs
Tuesday
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and veggies
Dinner: salad and fish on the grill
Wednesday
Lunch: salad and chicken
Dinner: orange, salad, and 2 boiled eggs
Thursday
Lunch: steamed vegetables, low-fat cheese, and 2 boiled eggs
Dinner: salad and chicken
Friday
Lunch: salad with sardines
Dinner: salad and 2 boiled eggs
Saturday
Lunch: salad and chicken
Dinner: optional fruit
Sunday
Lunch: steamed vegetables and a piece of chicken
Dinner: also vegetables prepared with steam and chicken

This diet is hardly carbohydrate-based, and that’s one of the reasons why it is so successful
