Apple Juice And Cinnamon – A Quick Recipe Against Overweight

In just a few minutes, you can make body detoxification juice that will strengthen your body, help you lose weight and give you extra energy.

You need two apples, two cinnamon sticks and 4 cups of non-carbonated water.

Wash the apples and squeeze them into small pieces. Put them in a bottle together with cinnamon and water.

It is advisable for the bottle to stand for 5 to 8 hours in the refrigerator. After a few hours, the juice is ready for consumption.

Once you have finished juice, re-add 4 cups of water and you can repeat this process the next day.

You can use the same ingredients for three days.
