Weekend detoxification plan
Every morning, immediately after you wake up, you should drink a cup of hot water
Breakfast: one cup of plain water, green tea, oatmeal funnel with funnel spoon, 6.7 oz / 200 ml almond milk or diet yogurt, 1 cup fresh grain (example: blueberry)
Lunch: cup of plain water grilled veal (250 g), mashed potato salad, 2 cup salads (green, rucola, tomato) prepared with olive oil or lemon juice, melon slice and banana.
Dinner: A piece of tuna on a grill or in foil (150 g), 2 cups salad with olive oil and lemon juice, 1 cup of vegetable steamed (broccoli or spinach), integrally little paste, water or 8.4, anise tea.
Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal flakes with funnel juice, 200 ml of almond milk or dieting yogurt, green tea and pear.
Lunch: 200g of chicken breast on the grill, vegetable soup (carrots, beans, onions, pepper, celery, potatoes), pickled cucumber (150g), one cup of fresh water.
Dinner: carrot and beet salad, with added lemon juice, a small amount of integral cake, nettle tea.
